Responsibilities

Collaborate daily with project designers and project managers to execute project plans and develop documents through design, bidding, and construction phases

Present technical and design solutions directly to clients with confidence

Coordinate with the project manager to support and oversee the team’s design and technical delivery

Manage and coordinate moderately sized projects and consultant teams with limited phasing

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members

Lead phased quality assurance and constructability reviews

Ensure project budgets and schedules are met

Effectively utilize technical and graphic software tools, including required proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD; and competency in Adobe Creative Suite
