Nimble is a rapidly growing consumer electronics company looking for a performance-driven Creative Strategist to lead their Digital content division. In this role, you will oversee the conceptualization and production of high-converting visual assets across dozens of product lines while managing a dedicated team of designers, copywriters, and digital artists to drive sales velocity and conversion.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Own the visual strategy for all product listings, including Main Images, Image Galleries, A+ Content, and Brand Storefronts

Team Management: Direct a cross-functional production team (Project Managers, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and Digital Artists) to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery for aggressive launch schedules

Conversion Optimization (CRO): Analyze performance data (CTR, CVR, Unit Session Percentage) to continuously iterate and improve creative assets

Asset Production: Oversee the creation of "Amazon-ready" visuals, leveraging 3D assets, AI tools, and graphic design to highlight key product features effectively

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Brand Creative Director and Industrial Design teams to utilize core brand assets while adapting them for the specific requirements of the Amazon marketplace

Video Strategy: Direct the storyboard and production of short-form, direct-response video content for listings and Sponsored Brand Video ads
