Purchasing and Service Support Specialist
Majestic Medical Solutions is seeking a Purchasing and Service Support Specialist to support the Purchasing Supply Chain Coordinator and Service Coordinator. This role involves facilitating communication between purchasing, service, and accounting departments, while managing returns, exchanges, credit memos, and order issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), including communication with vendors and tracking return statuses
Assist with warranty returns, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution with suppliers
Assist with product exchanges and replacements as needed, working closely with the purchasing and service teams
Assist with processing and tracking credit memos, ensuring accurate application and coordination with the accounting team
Assist with monitoring backorders, follow up with vendors for updates, and communicate status to the purchasing and service teams
Act as a liaison between purchasing, service, and accounting to resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, or delays
Maintain organized records of returns, credits, and vendor communications
Support the Purchasing Supply Chain Coordinator and Service Coordinator with administrative and operational tasks
Update service software to reflect current order and return statuses
Carry out assigned responsibilities within the Quality Management System
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in an office, purchasing, or service support role
Basic understanding of RMAs, warranty returns, credit memos, and backorders
Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
