Responsibilities

Formulate Retail’s commercial strategy using clear data driven inputs and superior ability to create clearly articulated plans
Develop high-impact initiatives and commercial plans to implement the strategy, including affordability strategy and formulation of new value propositions
Identify customer trends and customer behavior to recommend new commercial programs and campaigns
Acquire Leadership approvals for highly complex and innovative initiatives through influencing senior stakeholders going from high level strategic vision to detailed queries
Create annual commercial plans that align with the overall strategy and align large cross-functional teams
Lead cross-functionally to devise new strategy and go-to-market plans leading the relationship with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Product Management, Legal, Operations and Geo teams

Required

10+ years of experience with expert knowledge of the Retail industry, Commerce, and/or Financial Services
Ability to derive logically thought through actions using clear and ambiguous data and inputs
Proven track record in strategy or customer experience functions, successfully developing and leading business initiatives that address clear long-term objectives
Self-starter with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience

Preferred

A strong leader with sound judgment, capable of building consensus around solutions and possessing exceptional communication skills that resonate at all levels of the organization
Ability to craft compelling presentations that influence leadership effectively through storytelling
Proven track record of prioritizing, planning, and successfully executing strategies, programs, and projects
Skilled at positively influencing individuals across all functional areas, building relationships, and serving as a key point of contact and subject matter expert
