Responsibilities
Design and build scalable Anaplan models following best practices (DISCO, Data Hub architecture, ALM)
Hands-on development and support of Workforce/Staff Planning models including headcount forecasting, compensation planning, hiring plans, and attrition modeling
Build and maintain Financial Planning models including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling
Develop fully connected P&L → Balance Sheet → Cash Flow forecasting structures
Partner closely with HR, Finance, Accounting, and IT to gather requirements and deliver enterprise-wide planning solutions
Maintain and optimize model performance, structure, and scalability; automate processes and improve user experience
Manage version control, development workflows, and structured release processes through Anaplan ALM
Qualification
Required
Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder or Certified Solution Architect (preferred)
8+ years of hands-on experience with complex, multi-model Anaplan architecture
Strong expertise in ALM, version control, and release management across Dev → Test → Prod environments
Strong understanding of FP&A processes, income statements, balance sheet mechanics, cash flow, and workforce planning concepts
Proficient in UX pages, data modeling, advanced formulas, and model performance optimization
Experience with integrations using Anaplan Connect, Postman (API testing), Airflow, or similar ETL/automation platforms
