Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports at both the property and entity level
Review financial statements and supporting schedules received from third-party operators for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Support the preparation of investor reporting packages, including financial statements, variance analyses, and supplemental schedules
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners
Maintain and enhance financial reporting templates, schedules, and internal controls
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of professional experience in real estate accounting, financial reporting, or a related role
Blend of Accounting and Finance experience. Big 4 Experience highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Finance or Real Estate degrees also considered
Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements
Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools is a plus
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
Preferred
Big 4 Experience highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Finance or Real Estate degrees also considered
