Staffana is seeking an Associate, Foundry Learning & Development Technology to enhance learning operations through automation and data analytics. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to improve efficiency and visibility of learning initiatives while developing interactive dashboards and managing L&D projects.

Responsibilities

Serve as the L&D Automation Champion, assessing and identifying opportunities to automate learning operations

Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate / Microsoft Flow

Own, maintain, and support existing workflow solutions and SharePoint lists

Identify process improvement and workflow optimization opportunities

Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure seamless integration between systems

Collaborate with internal automation and IT teams to support workflow solutions and dashboards

Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that visualize learning metrics and organizational KPIs

Develop advanced calculations and data models using DAX

Partner with stakeholders to define, track, and report learning effectiveness and business impact metrics

Prepare reports demonstrating performance outcomes of learning solutions

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting systems

Provide guidance on data strategy and best practices for data collection and analysis

Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting

Consult with business partners to develop knowledge management repositories and performance support resources

Support the design and maintenance of L&D SharePoint sites

Provide technical support for learning management systems and content delivery platforms

Plan, track, and manage L&D initiatives using Smartsheet or similar project management tools

Facilitate project status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders

Apply project management best practices and continuous improvement methodologies

Scope and lead projects from initiation through completion

Build strong working relationships with L&D leaders, business partners, and cross-functional teams

Establish internal and external networks to benchmark best practices

Provide coaching and upskilling to team members as appropriate

Partner with IT to implement and support learning technologies

Influence outcomes and demonstrate value without direct authority

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Learning Technology, Instructional Design, Performance Technology, or a related field

Hands-on experience with Power Automate / Microsoft Flow

Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX

Hands-on experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Self-starter with a strong interest in technology, learning, and data-driven improvement

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities

Experience scoping and leading projects

Familiarity with learning management systems, content management systems, and learning delivery tools
