They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of the Homeless Veteran Program, ensuring seamless administrative support and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Perform administrative duties such as screening calls; managing calendars; scheduling travel, meeting, and event arrangements; mailing letters and packages
Prepare and edit correspondence, both internally with members of the Team and externally with (potential) donors and supporters
Communicate directly, and on behalf of the Senior Vice President, HVP, with donors, staff, and others as requested by the Senior Vice President, HVP
Research, prioritize, and follow up on issues and concerns of a sensitive or confidential nature
Assist as needed for Foundation Special Events

Required

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of executive-level administrative experience
Bachelor's degree required
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and multitask in a smart and timely fashion
Must be detail-oriented and organized
Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines
Must be a team player and able to work in a collaborative environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google Suite (or equivalent)
Pre-employment screening, including a background check, is required
