Responsibilities

Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and promptly, including matching, coding, and entering data into the ERP system

Review and reconcile vendor statements; research and resolve discrepancies

Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers

Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting

Maintain organized, accurate records of all A/P transactions

Partner with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues quickly

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations

Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries

Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
