Required

Experience leading data center or telecom facility installs in mission critical environments
Strong DC power background including -48V DC power systems
Experience coordinating ISP and OSP scopes
Understanding of low voltage power distribution
Comfort with schedules, reporting, and working with PMs
Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail

Preferred

OSHA or other relevant safety certs
Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
