Golf Simulator Project Coordinator
The Indoor Golf Shop is a fast-growing e-commerce and B2B leader in golf simulators and premium golf accessories. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Operations Manager by managing various operational tasks and ensuring alignment with sales functions.

Responsibilities
Staging all jobs, inclusive of components, vehicles, travel, turf, shipping and/or pre-delivery, final delivery and installation requirements
Maintaining appropriate inventory (in-stock position) levels of ancillary items, projector, mounts, bungee, tape, angle iron, curtain track etc
Tool assignment, usage, and supplies and all related consumables
Maintaining an organized shop and production area
Use your experience to coach others and identify opportunities to your Manager and lead installers to a best in class state
Problem assessment, mitigation recommendations, solution proposals, and problem solving are required core competencies
Responsible to:
Operational Sales Order fulfillment process
Shipping and receiving
Inventory support
Digital & technical process for Golf Simulator related equipment
Communicate and collaborate with Operations Managers to align on all roles, responsibilities and dependencies, and milestones
Execute client communications as directed by Operations Manager
Use our CRM to update, track, and identify project & production progress, changes, requirements, and to escalate when project is impacted by a change (or requests)
Familiarize yourself with design & production drawings
Formally seek opportunity to shadow managers in functional roles
Conduct themselves in professional manner at all times
Light duty construction of stud and drywall framing, and subfloor installation
Transporting, lifting, receiving work materials
Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently
Work from ladder and or scaffold
Attend production meetings
Use of light construction tools:
Utility knives
Hand-held power tools
Hand-held non-specialized tools
Measuring & leveling tools
Other installation, production, co-ordination, assembly, and construction skills as requested from time to time

Project Coordinator is a support role for the Operations Manager
The candidate will be involved in all aspects of the Operations side of the business
Operations is a critical and collaborative functional area that must align with Sales and GM functions
