HEICHEL PLUMBING, INC. is seeking an experienced Demolition Foreman to provide on-site leadership for demolition projects. This role involves supervising crews, coordinating daily operations, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily demolition activities to ensure scope, schedule, and quality standards are met

Assign tasks, manage workflow, and coordinate manpower for optimal efficiency

Review plans and specifications and clearly communicate expectations to crews

Enforce all company safety policies and site-specific safety plans

Conduct daily pre-task safety meetings and ensure proper PPE use and hazard awareness

Identify unsafe conditions and take immediate corrective action

Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements

Oversee field personnel performance, timekeeping, and professional conduct

Provide coaching, corrective instruction, and documentation in coordination with management

Ensure proper operation, inspection, and care of equipment, tools, and vehicles

Monitor site access, barricades, debris handling, dust control, and material management

Coordinate and oversee the mobilization and demobilization of trailers, equipment, and materials to and from job sites

Maintain general working knowledge of transporting, staging, and positioning heavy equipment in accordance with site plans and safety requirements

Ensure equipment is properly secured, inspected, and staged prior to operations

Verify access routes, clearances, and site conditions to support safe and efficient equipment movement

Communicate with management, drivers, and field personnel to ensure timely and compliant deployment of resources

Act as the primary on-site contact with management, clients, and subcontractors

Submit daily progress updates and promptly report incidents, near-misses, or concerns
