Front Desk Assistant
Seacoast Mental Health Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing hope and promoting recovery for individuals and families in the community. They are seeking a Front Desk Assistant to handle client interactions, manage appointments, and support office operations.

Responsibilities
Answer and monitor all telephone calls to the Center in a professional manner; greet all clients and visitors to the Center; receive client payments; schedule client appointments into the centralized scheduling system, rearrange appointments as necessary; make appointment reminder calls to clients for clinicians as needed; update client demographics and insurance information
Responsible for evening closing procedures
Provide back-up for all other office duties
Other tasks as needed to support and maintain the Center
Qualification
Required
Passionate about working in a non-profit organization
Ability to answer and monitor all telephone calls to the Center in a professional manner
Ability to greet all clients and visitors to the Center
Experience in receiving client payments
Experience in scheduling client appointments into a centralized scheduling system
Ability to rearrange appointments as necessary
Ability to make appointment reminder calls to clients for clinicians as needed
Experience in updating client demographics and insurance information
Responsible for evening closing procedures
Ability to provide back-up for all other office duties
Flexibility to provide backup coverage for other front desk support positions if needed
