Responsibilities
You'll own the user experience of our AI‑powered e‑learning generator—building the interfaces where users transform raw content into interactive, instructionally sound lessons
You'll design and implement intuitive workflows that make powerful AI capabilities feel effortless
You'll collaborate closely with our AI team to bring new model capabilities to life in the product—crafting real‑time streaming UIs, interactive lesson editors, and delightful micro‑interactions that set Mindsmith apart
As Mindsmith grows, you'll help define our frontend architecture and design system, becoming a major pillar in the company and influencing key product decisions
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience as a frontend engineer
Deep experience with TypeScript and React (or similar modern frameworks)
Mastery of CSS/Tailwind and responsive, accessible UI development
Proven ability to ship complex, user-facing products end-to-end
Strong product sense and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Experience building rich text editors, drag-and-drop interfaces, or interactive content tools
Familiarity with integrating AI/LLM features into user-facing products
Experience building ed-tech or productivity tools
Seed/SeriesA tech startup work
Building learning tools or similar projects (HUGE bonus)
