Responsibilities
Design and deliver AI/ML solutions that automate and optimize business workflows
Build, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and LLM-based systems (including RAG and document intelligence)
Develop predictive and statistical models using Python and modern ML frameworks
Create production-grade APIs and microservices using FastAPI and MLOps best practices
Work with structured and unstructured data from APIs, databases, documents, and OCR pipelines
Monitor, retrain, and optimize models in production environments
Partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment
Contribute to architecture decisions, experimentation, and internal AI frameworks
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in applied AI, ML engineering, or data science with production deployments
Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and solid SQL experience
Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph)
Experience implementing RAG pipelines and working with vector databases
Proficiency with FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for model deployment
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable)
Comfortable working in Agile teams and communicating with both technical and executive audiences
