Responsibilities

Lead and manage a full spectrum of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, equitable distribution, domestic violence, and related issues

Serve as a practice leader for Family Law in South Carolina, helping shape strategy, workflows, and growth initiatives

Maintain and grow an existing book of business while developing new client relationships

Provide high-level legal counsel and courtroom advocacy on complex family law matters

Collaborate with firm leadership, marketing, intake, and operations to scale the practice effectively

Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the long-term success of the department

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in South Carolina

5+ years of family law experience required

Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for autonomy and long-term growth

Preferred
