Responsibilities
Lead AI/ML and software projects for Health with multi-functional partners
Develop technical project plans and roadmaps for software and products; scope, define, and track development schedules and deliverables
Identify and prioritize project tasks, interdependencies, and risks
Deliver executive communication and presentations and drive the decision-making process
Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues quickly and efficiently; and run retrospectives to identify and implement process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline
7+ years of engineering or technical project management experience, preferably in machine learning
Experience leading projects of all sizes, including large, complex, multi-functional initiatives
Knowledge of and experience with project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills
Expertise in setting up project timelines and work breakdown structures across multiple functional teams
Preferred
MBA or Masters Degree
Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
Collaborative and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
Experience in developing health products
