They are seeking an HRIS Analyst to support the day-to-day administration of HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms, while providing production support and maintaining data integrity across all HR systems.

Responsibilities
Support the day‑to‑day administration of HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms
Process daily user requests , such as account updates, access support, and data corrections
Provide production support to employees and HR teams via phone, email
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system‑related issues and escalate as needed
Perform scheduled system activities , including mass data updates and routine audits
Maintain data consistency and integrity across all HR systems
Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in HRIS, HR operations, HR support, or a related area
Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, LMS, or ATS preferred)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Customer‑focused approach with strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and service requests
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
Experience with data loads, mass updates, or system audits
Background in HR, IT support, or HR system administration
Exposure to system testing or troubleshooting workflows
