Responsibilities
Drive & oversee all aspects of multiple concurrent projects & features, including scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation & reporting
Define business, functional & operational requirements for features you are driving (often writing them yourself)
Own overall cross-functional schedules, which may impact multiple engineering teams, including client, server, tools, analytics and others
Drive yearly, quarterly and other strategic roadmap planning, discussions and communication
Qualification
Required
6+ years of technical program/project management experience in software development
Strong understanding of and experience in managing complex, multi-functional software projects
Strong technical proficiency and experience with subscriptions
BA/BS in computer science, engineering or other technical field or equivalent industry experience
Preferred
Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment
Excellent spoken and written communication with the ability to tailor communication style to multiple audiences
Ability to build relationships and influence others
Naturally accountable, responsible and self-motivated
Strong facilitation skills (requirements gathering, design reviews, cross-functional stakeholder meetings, reporting status and schedules)
Bonus points for past programming experience
A passion for Fitness, Health and Music is a plus
MBA a plus
