Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations to support uninterrupted production and customer fulfillment
Forecast material requirements based on demand, usage, and lead times
Support periodic physical inventory counts and reconciliation activities
Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve documentation issues, measurement discrepancies, and inventory variances
Investigate inventory inconsistencies and recommend system adjustments as needed
Process inbound inventory receipts across multiple locations within the ERP system
Prepare outbound orders for invoicing and coordinate with accounting teams
Maintain accurate batch records, transfers, and inventory movements
Create, receipt, and close batches associated with outbound shipments
Run and analyze reports related to open purchase orders, open batches, and inventory reconciliation
Complete month-end inventory reconciliation and resolve outstanding transactions
Partner with accounting to ensure accurate inventory allocation and smooth transition into the next accounting period
Plan and coordinate domestic logistics and transportation activities
Optimize routing, freight costs, and delivery timelines while maintaining service levels
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience strongly considered
3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or operations
Prior experience in chemical, specialty materials, or regulated manufacturing environments required
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency essential)
Experience with NetSuite ERP strongly preferred
