Responsibilities
Generating insurance quotes and issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
Process customer policy change requests
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed
Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in insurance and/or customer service
Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
Proficiency to multi-task and problem solve
Preferred
A Property & Casualty license is preferred. Willing to train the qualified individual
