Responsibilities
Solving technical problems by investigating critical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing robust, long-term solutions
Lead and run API integration projects, offering technical guidance to ensure seamless implementation and reliable performance
Constructing and implementing technical test plans that consider edge cases, validate functionality, and ensure system reliability
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose actionable solutions to improve system performance
Work closely with clients, product, sales, and engineering, serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams
Break down complex concepts into clear and concise explanations for non-technical partners
Provide data-driven insights and analysis to address systemic issues and enhance operational efficiency
Handle challenging priorities effectively, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues in a fast-paced environment
Adapt to constantly evolving environments and requirements, working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a Technical Operations or Solutions role
Experience with API integration and troubleshooting, including managing complicated integration projects
Proficiency in SQL, with experience writing and solving queries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving systemic issues
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Expert knowledge of advertising technology and performance marketing metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR)
Experience providing data-driven analysis on systemic issues
Familiarity with concepts, definitions, and metrics used in the context of performance marketing campaigns
Experience working with external clients, product teams, and engineering teams
Ability to translate sophisticated technical concepts into clear, non-technical explanations
Proven track record in managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality results in rapidly changing environments
