Human Resources Coordinator/Office Manager

Express Employment Professionals is a staffing agency dedicated to helping individuals find jobs. They are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator/Office Manager to support full-cycle recruitment, manage employee records, and oversee daily office operations.

Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Prepare offer letters and new-hire documentation; manage onboarding and orientation processes
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements (I-9s, W-4s, HRIS data updates)
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and coordination of open enrollment
Partner with payroll providers to process updates, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate employee data
Act as a resource for employees regarding policies, benefits, and general HR procedures
Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and company-wide communications
Oversee daily office operations, including supply management and mail handling
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace; liaise with building management and service vendors as needed
Support scheduling for meetings, conference rooms, and company events
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, invoice processing, and general administrative tasks
Plan and coordinate internal events, celebrations, team meetings, and cultural initiatives
Collaborate with IT to support onboarding equipment, system access, and workspace setup
Provide administrative assistance to executives, including scheduling and communications support
Contribute to a positive, organized, and collaborative work environment

Required

1–3 years of experience in HR, with additional background in office management and administrative support
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High attention to detail and strong commitment to confidentiality
Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP preferred), payroll processes, and core HR functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools

Preferred

Basic experience with AI tools preferred
