Full Charge Bookkeeper
Novax Recruitment Group is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage all day-to-day accounting functions and support HR processes. The role involves overseeing accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, month-end close, and maintaining accurate financial and employee records.
Responsibilities
Work closely with ownership to manage all day-to-day accounting functions, from AP/AR and general ledger to month-end close and internal reporting
Support HR processes including payroll, onboarding, and benefits administration, while maintaining accurate financial and employee records
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or similar accounting role
Strong ERP/accounting system knowledge (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
HR experience including payroll, onboarding, and employee record management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Preferred
manufacturing or construction environment, job costing, work-in-process tracking
