Responsibilities
Use Apella’s internal tools to annotate surgical workflows and objects within operating room videos
Build your understanding of machine learning systems and develop a growing knowledge of surgical environments to inform your work
Work closely with our team to refine workflows and provide feedback on ways to improve our tools and processes
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and curious individuals who thrive with focused, methodical tasks
Eager to learn and have a natural curiosity about how things work
Reside in the US
Have a reliable internet connection
Have a private space to complete their work
A sharp eye for detail and a knack for focused, methodical work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort observing real surgical procedures (this includes exposure to blood, body parts, and emergency scenarios)
Preferred
A background in healthcare or a strong interest in understanding how care is delivered in hospitals
