Responsibilities

Automate end-to-end outage coordination analysis workflows
Integrate data from EMS, PI, CIMSpy, and outage systems
Support steady-state (VSAT) and dynamic (TSAT) analysis
Enable dynamic creation of transfer definition scenarios and contingencies
Provide intuitive visualization, reporting, and modular development
Pull data from EMS, PI, CIMSpy, and CROW
Apply outages, zoning, and create stressed base cases
Define transfers, contingencies, and faults
Automate VSAT/TSAT studies and batch processing
Generate reports, dashboards, and impact assessments
Tkinter-based GUI development for workflow management
Automated regression testing and benchmarking
Advanced modules (optional): case conversions, realistic dispatch, node-breaker compatibility, study type expansion, constraint/risk identification
Modular software package with GUI, APIs, and scripting interfaces
Reports, dashboards, and visualizations
Documentation, test cases, and validation results
Integration support and configuration assistance

Qualification

Power system stabilityVSAT/TSAT analysis toolsPythonEMS/SCADA/PI systemsTroubleshooting skillsProduction-grade software

Required

Deep knowledge of power system stability studies
Experience with VSAT/TSAT or similar stability analysis tools
Python and software development experience
EMS / SCADA / PI or similar data system experience
Strong troubleshooting and validation skills
Ability to build and maintain production-grade software

Preferred

Advanced modules (optional): case conversions, realistic dispatch, node-breaker compatibility, study type expansion, constraint/risk identification
