Document Management Assistant (Mailroom Specialist)

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Document Management Assistant to join their team in supporting the World Trade Center Health Program. The role involves sorting medical documents, organizing them in an electronic management system, and classifying and routing records of members.

Required

A High School diploma or GED is required
Good oral and written communication skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

Preferred

Experience in reviewing medical claims and medical records would be highly preferred
Six (6) months of clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
Mailroom and document management medical claims and medical records experience a plus

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
