Technical Product Manager (US Citizenship Required)

They are seeking a remote Technical Product Manager with a technical background to oversee one of their software products, driving product vision and ensuring alignment between user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities
Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for the team's owned user experience and feature set, ensuring alignment with user needs, market opportunities, and company objectives
Translate business goals into actionable product initiatives, balancing innovation, revenue impact, and technical constraints
Facilitate prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, WSJF) to rank backlog items, incorporating input from engineering, design, data, and operations
Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions
Define clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring technical feasibility and testability
Establish team-specific KPIs (e.g., user adoption rates for owned features, proxy targets, etc) and contribute to shared metrics (e.g., overall platform PREQ, customer satisfaction scores)
Serve as the primary interface between the product team and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, CPD, executives) to gather requirements and secure buy-in
Empower the team by providing context, clarifying goals, and fostering autonomy in delivery
Drive go-to-market planning, including launch coordination, documentation, and post-launch analysis
Qualification
Required
4-7 years of experience managing software products, preferably in a SaaS environment
Demonstrated experience using data to prioritize or drive prioritization decisions
Working experience with Agile methodologies; proficiency with iterative development processes required
Exceptional communication skills
Demonstrated capability to quickly learn and take ownership of processes with limited documentation
Proven experience collaborating with remote or distributed teams across various time zones
Preferred
Experience with Jira and Confluence
