Responsibilities
Define, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with clients and delivery teams
Write clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to guide development
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure the team understands business context, goals, and user needs
Support delivery activities, including coordinating timelines, managing scope, and tracking progress
Partner with technical leads, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and feasibility
Participate in client demos, working sessions, and alignment meetings
Qualification
Required
Experience in product ownership, product management, or related delivery roles
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a client-facing mindset
Consulting or professional services experience is required
Experience with CMS platforms, workflow automation, or customer-facing web applications
Preferred
Familiarity with Gen AI in professional or personal projects
Product certifications (PSPO, CSPO) preferred but not required
