Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions
Provide technical expertise across pre-sales, requirement analysis, and delivery phases
Evaluate client requirements and align solutions with Microsoft best practices and organizational needs
Build end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform
Prepare high-quality proposals, demos, and client presentations
Develop reusable solution assets, accelerators, and support go-to-market initiatives
Lead client engagements, including planning, requirement workshops, and solution walkthroughs
Collaborate with Microsoft and internal leadership teams to support Business Applications growth
Conduct end-user training, create documentation, and support knowledge transfer
Manage data-driven discussions, solution architecture, integrations, and migration planning
Analyze and resolve data issues, system gaps, and analytical requirements
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
Hands-on expertise in Plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, Customizations, Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform development, with optional Azure skills for advanced integrations
In-depth functional and technical knowledge of CE modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations)
Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents
Experience with integration technologies and data migration tools
Proven experience delivering complex enterprise-level D365 CE implementations
Knowledge of Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Conduct thorough requirement gathering, discovery sessions, and Fit-Gap analysis
Document BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and functional design specifications
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Support UAT, test case creation, and defect tracking
Ensure delivered solutions align with business expectations and defined requirements
