Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure a seamless transition of IT services
Provide on-site support for infrastructure, systems, and end users during the MSP onboarding
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the MSP for timely resolution
Deliver friendly, responsive user support while promoting effective collaboration between internal teams and the MSP
Support Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and online payment systems, ensuring continuity of service

Required

3+ years of experience providing IT support for end users and infrastructure
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Salesforce administration

Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
