This role involves supporting attorneys in managing litigation caseloads and gaining exposure to all phases of litigation while being part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities
Support attorneys in managing an active litigation caseload
Assist with drafting, formatting, and filing pleadings, motions, and written discovery
Conduct legal and factual research under attorney supervision
Organize, review, and manage discovery materials and document productions
Assist with deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
Coordinate calendaring, filings, and service of process
Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on complex matters
Qualification
Required
Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree, or equivalent legal experience
Prior experience in a law firm or litigation environment
Interest in civil litigation; toxic tort or product liability experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
