This role involves leading enterprise change management for large-scale technology and process transformation initiatives, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Lead change management strategy and execution for enterprise transformation initiatives, including internal proprietary travel software, CLM (Oracle Fusion), and Revenue projects
Assess stakeholder impact and organizational readiness across Finance, HR, and Procurement; identify risks and implement mitigation plans
Partner with business analysts and project teams to develop targeted training, communications, and adoption plans supporting new systems and process changes
Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment, awareness, and successful end-user adoption throughout the change lifecycle
Track adoption metrics and post-implementation feedback, delivering insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience leading enterprise change management for large-scale technology and process transformation initiatives
Proven expertise in stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and change risk mitigation
Strong experience designing and delivering communication strategies, training programs, and engagement initiatives
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, project teams, and business units
Bachelor's degree required; strong communication, influence, and organizational skills essential
