Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle capital projects: planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout
Manage multi-disciplinary pharma engineering projects (equipment upgrades, utilities, infrastructure, system modernizations)
Ensure compliance with GMP, validation, and operational reliability standards
Develop and control project budgets, forecasts, and capital spend
Ensure adherence to project documentation, phase gates, and change management processes
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Engineering teams
Manage engineering firms, vendors, and contractors for scope, safety, quality, and schedule
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related)
7–10 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience with CQV/engineering projects
Strong capital project management experience handling multiple projects
Knowledge of GMP processes, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and validated systems
Familiarity with packaging systems, modern controls, and safety devices
Proficient in Microsoft Project for scheduling and planning
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control experience in regulated environments
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
100% onsite role at a GMP manufacturing facility in West Chester, OH
