They are seeking an Experienced Buyers Agent to implement lead generation strategies, host open houses, and assist buyers in identifying suitable properties while receiving comprehensive training and support.

Responsibilities
Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis ๐
Host at least two open houses each month ๐ก
Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments ๐
Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines ๐ค
Actively participate in team events and activities ๐ค
Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls ๐
Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties ๐
Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of clients โ๏ธ
Monitor and manage activities and client information using PLACE Technology ๐ป
Qualification
Required
Licensed real estate professional
Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and providing tailored solutions
Proficient in prospecting and lead generation
Naturally adept at overcoming objections
Effective communicator dedicated to exceptional service
Collaborative team player
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Growth-oriented and eager to learn
Highly organized
Open to mastering scripts and dialogues
Excellent time management skills
