They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk who will assist with the coordination of all AR processes, communicate effectively with customers and employees, and ensure compliance with AR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Assist with the Coordination of all AR Processes
Daily application of all customer payments
Processing Accounts Receivable Invoices
Assisting Credit/Collections with the maintaining of the AR Agings
Performing analytical research as needed
Communicating effectively with Customers & Employees
Ensuring compliance with all AR policy and procedures
Other clerical/adhoc functions as required
Qualification
Required

Drug screen and background check required before being employed by Callanan Industries, Inc
High school diploma
Proven ability to develop relationships and to work both independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred
Ideal candidate will have previous experience with Accounts Receivable/Credit/Collections
