Senior Business Development Executive
Pac Team Group is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of high-end displays and packaging for luxury brands. They are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and secure new strategic partnerships within the jewelry, watch, and apparel sectors.
Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by upselling design and design-translation services to our current roster of long-standing luxury accounts
Identify and close new domestic strategic partnerships in the jewelry, watch, and specialty retail sectors
Oversee the end-to-end creation of client project scoping and proposals
Collaborate with the broader sales team (BDAs, Account Managers, Coordinators) to build and deliver compelling creative capability presentations that win business
Provide guidance and direct management to Business Development Associates, helping them refine their prospecting and outreach strategies
Bring field insights back to the leadership team to help evolve our service offerings
Qualification
Required
Approximately 15 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Senior or Director-level B2B sales role
Proven expertise in MEDDPICC or similar complex enterprise sales methodologies is required
Deep experience in the luxury goods, design, retail, watch, or jewelry sectors
Experience working inside a brand (watch/jewelry/retail) is a significant plus
Exceptional proposal writing and project scoping abilities
Ability to articulate complex design and manufacturing concepts clearly
High emotional intelligence, naturally relationship-oriented, and possessed of a 'Sales Mindset'—driven to win, but understanding that our win is inseparable from our clients' success
Based in the NYC or NYC Metro area with the ability to work from our Paramus, NJ office
