Information Technology
Responsibilities
Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments
Provide administrative support to physicians and practice management
Manage and maintain patient records
Scan insurance cards, referral forms, progress notes, and other documentation into the EMR
Handle insurance verifications, referrals, and authorizations
Retrieve procedure and exam authorizations as needed
Maintain and update all information in the EMR database
Support billing functions and general office workflow
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of healthcare administration experience
Proficiency with EMR systems
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience with patient check-in, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
