Responsibilities

Perform accurate inventory control by tracking stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems

Handle shipping and receiving duties, including inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, and preparing outgoing shipments according to company standards

Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately to meet customer specifications and delivery deadlines

Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move goods within the facility

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a warehouse environment with demonstrated skills in inventory control, shipping/receiving, and picking/packing

Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively

Basic computer skills to use inventory management software

Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods

Preferred

Certification in forklift operation or other warehouse equipment

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehousing

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
