Responsibilities
Support the Director of Program Management in building, standardizing, and scaling the company’s project delivery framework across a portfolio of fast-track hyperscale data center construction projects
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and performance reporting for the company's data center construction and development portfolio
Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely project reporting from centralized data sources, providing a single source of truth for leadership decision-making
Manage budget development, cost tracking, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of fast-paced hyperscale data center construction projects
Bridge project execution and corporate finance, ensuring cost data is accurate, timely, and decision-ready
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of experience in construction project engineering, project controls, or PMO support roles
6–12+ years of experience in project reporting, controls, or analytics in engineering or construction data roles
8–15+ years of experience in construction cost engineering, project controls, or commercial management
Strong background in heavy commercial, industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or equivalent experience
