3+ years of B2B sales, business development and account management experience, within a consulting environment or technology solutions
Demonstrated success in selling services
Top producer with a proven successful track record
Proven network of contacts
Experienced in building relationships with C-levels and business decision makers
Demonstrated experience leading sales cycle from identification to close
Strong prioritization and negotiation skills
Ability to produce executive reports for professional presentations
Ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions
Previous experience with Agile, Atlassian
Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent understanding of IT products and services (software, cloud or SaaS)
Strong presentation and product-demo skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical clients
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software
