Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
1–2 years of experience in automotive systems engineering, design, or release roles
Strong experience with system requirements management and traceability
Hands-on experience with PLM and requirements tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Teamcenter, Windchill)
Understanding of automotive E/E architecture and system interfaces
Experience managing engineering change requests (ECR/ECO) and product releases
Familiarity with automotive development lifecycle (V-Model)
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
