Responsibilities
Perform take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects
Review design drawings, specifications, and bid proposals for accuracy
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D, AGTEK, and Bluebeam for estimating and project documentation
Assist with bid preparation, scheduling, and project tracking
Conduct site visits and maintain relationships with project partners
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in land development or civil projects
Proficiency with estimating and design software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and AGTEK
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Preferred
Coursework in Construction Management or a related field
Experience with both public and private sector projects
