Responsibilities
Work hands-on in warehouse and receiving operations
Load, unload, stage, and move materials safely and efficiently
Help guide and support team members during daily work
Support FIFO material flow and general organization
Promote safe work practices and housekeeping
Assist with basic paperwork, tracking, and inventory updates
Communicate issues or needs to the Supervisor or Manager
Qualification
Required
2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
Must meet ITAR and NAID requirements
Must pass background check and drug screening
Preferred
Prior working lead or informal lead experience
Forklift experience
