Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, picking, and shipping materials
Serve as a working lead by supporting frontline employees during daily operations
Coordinate workflow and task assignments to meet productivity and accuracy goals
Monitor safety practices and reinforce compliance with site procedures
Assist with inventory tracking, documentation, and material movement
Communicate operational needs and issues to supervisors and management
Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and other departments as needed
Qualification
Required
Two or more years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, physical work environment
Must meet ITAR and NAID eligibility requirements
Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment drug testing
Preferred
Prior lead or acting lead experience
Forklift experience
Basic computer or Excel experience
