Responsibilities

Support leadership in preparing revenue and CoGS budgets by gathering inputs, updating models, and ensuring data accuracy in the Planning system
Assist in monthly IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and demand planning system review activities by updating forecast data and preparing summary materials to help ensure alignment between revenue and demand forecasts
Prepare recurring monthly reports to highlight trends, variances, and potential forecast impacts. Perform initial analysis and escalate significant findings to management. Understand market dynamics and synthesize impact to forecasts
Conduct variance and trend analyses to help understand drivers behind performance results, collaborating with business partners and senior planning team members to gather relevant context
Partner with Cochlear subsidiary leadership and Controller's team to support and load the respective budget and reforecasts
Perform ad-hoc related analysis and tasks, as needed

Required

1-3+ years of experience
Strong computer skills with experience in various software packages, including Microsoft Suite and web based applications
Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment and balance / manage multiple, changing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills, and an ability to adjust communication and messaging to fit the audience
Bachelor's Degree
1-3+ Years of Experience
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of business models and drivers
Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity; ability to meet deadlines and re-prioritize as directed

Preferred

Knowledge of SAP and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) helpful but not required
