Responsibilities
Provide high-quality clinical support within a high-volume outpatient setting
Administer vaccines and immunizations to patients
Navigate and document patient information using EPIC electronic health records
Support a provider team (1.28 ratio) seeing 90-100 patients per day
Deliver exceptional customer service and a warm patient experience
Qualification
Required
Active Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) in the state of Washington
Ability to perform vaccines and immunizations
Strong communication and verbal speaking skills
Proficiency with EPIC or a strong aptitude for learning new clinical systems
Preferred
High level of customer service and patient bedside manner
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Long-term interest in clinical growth
