The role involves designing and developing impactful training for internal company systems, collaborating with IT and operational leaders to translate complex processes into intuitive training materials.

Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards

Designing and developing live and eLearning system courses to support the organization to include maintaining customer relationships, writing content, facilitation, development, and overseeing deployment of courses

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of technical e-Learning experience in training and development, multi-media design, and delivery in a corporate environment

Experience using a recognized instructional design method and in all phases of the design, development, implementation, facilitation, measurement, evaluation, and delivery of technical and non-technical programs using appropriate adult learning theories

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in design, e-Learning Technologies, Training & Development, Business Management, Education, Communication, or related field

Three (3) years of facilitating live training

Knowledge of live online technologies and course development for live online delivery

Expert in Adobe development tools, to include Captivate and other multimedia development tools
