TYR Sport is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager with deep experience in ERP implementations, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In this role, you’ll oversee cross-functional projects that are critical to scaling business operations and technology infrastructure, collaborating with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, upgrades, and enhancements

Manage SaaS integration projects involving platforms such as CRM, inventory management, payment gateways, and shipping/logistics tools

Oversee integration between Business Central and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or custom platforms)

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews using Agile or hybrid methodologies

Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood and met

Ensure successful user adoption through training, documentation, and post-implementation support
