Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including compliance, technology, legal, and business teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Oversee the implementation and enhancement of data feeds supporting the AML/AFC solution, including transaction monitoring and sanctions screening systems
Collaborate with data and technology teams to ensure that all necessary data is sourced and mapped correctly from source systems into the monitoring tool
Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders and manage the defect lifecycle
Use analytical skills to validate that the data used by the AML systems is accurate, complete, and reliable
Work with business analyst to enable the data transformation rules needed to properly format data for analysis by the AML system
Establish and monitor KPIs and dashboards to track the accuracy and completeness of data provided
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating problems to leadership when necessary
Qualification
Required
Very strong project management experience with ability to interact with senior stakeholders
Strong domain understanding of Anti Money Laundering, Anti Financial Crime, Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions
Experience working with technology teams delivering data projects/data domain
Experience in doing business and data analysis would be a big plus
Experience of working in Agile Environment. Knowledge of agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira and Confluence)
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Preferred
Experience in doing business and data analysis would be a big plus
Experience with Wealth Management will be strong plus
